In line with this, we are interested in BE / B.Tech graduates who would be passing out in 2012 to join our unique program that is designed to create world class testing professionals in 36 to 48 months’ time. Further, based on your aptitude, we have also factored in specialization in one of the three tracks:
- Functional testing specialist
- Automation testing specialist
- Performance testing specialist
Selected candidates will go through a Two year Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services and Software Testing in Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai. Upon successful completion of the course, they would be absorbed as employees in Maveric. India Middle East Europe APAC
We have tied up with Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) since 2004 for providing this tailor made programme, specifically designed to develop our internal leadership pipeline. We have successfully completed 8 batches with around 250 candidates passing out of this programme.
Key Features and Highlights:
- This programme is fully sponsored by Maveric at no cost to the candidates.
- During the first year of the programme, candidates would undergo intense class room training of various subjects relating to Programming, Software Testing, Management, Banking and Financial Services in 3 trimesters. The faculty team would include LIBA faculty and senior practitioners from Maveric.
- During the entire second year of the programme, candidates would undergo on-the-job training at Maveric and its client places.
- Selected Candidates will get a stipend of INR 8000 per month and INR 13,000 per month during the first and second year of the course respectively.
- At the end of the second year, and on successful completion of the course, candidates would be taken on the rolls of Maveric as Test Engineers with a compensation of INR 3,40,000 per annum.
- Selected candidates would be required to sign a contractual agreement and submit their 10th, 12th and degree certificates with Maveric for a period of 4 years. This agreement period of 4 years includes the 2 year programme at LIBA as well.
- Should the candidates for any reason, wish to break the agreement and depart from Maveric and its programmes either during the LIBA programme or during employment before 4 years, they would be required to pay a penalty of INR 3 Lakhs at the time of relieving.
- During the first year of the programme, in each trimester, candidates who are not meeting the minimum required percentage will be disqualified to continue the course.
